I have 25 years experience and run my private therapy practice from a peaceful garden room in my home in Old Woking. I hope this website will give you a clear picture of me and how I work.

My one-to-one therapy incorporates compassionate common sense with well grounded theoretical understanding. I work with individuals, short term work with couples and young people. I have a special interest in relationships and young people's problems.

I love to witness my clients acquire a deeper understanding of themselves and their mental health. I work Humanistically drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, helping clients to gain confidence and the strength to use their own resources to face problems and lead a more satisfying life.
